Delegate Travel

Below is a link to an airline reservation form that needs to be completed if you want the cost of your ticket to go on the Master Account. Once verification has been made that you are a registered delegate and the duplicate (gold) copy of your credentials has been received in the General Office, this information will be forwarded to the travel agent. Upon completion of the reservation, the cost of the airline ticket will go on the IATSE Master Account and an email confirmation will be sent to you.

If you indicated on the information form that you will also be accompanied by one or more companions, the travel agent will charge the cost of the delegate's ticket to the IATSE Master Account and will contact you for credit card information in order to pay for the additional ticket(s).
